Quod, the preeminent planning consultancy, were the first corporate client to invest in a bespoke enterprise bid toolkit site of their own in January 2019. They have found their core markets have become more competitive and that clients are invoking more robust procurement processes than before. They needed to upskill in bids and proposals and achieve consistency in win rates fast.  We built and deployed a bespoke bid toolkit site to mirror their business processes and requirements, in their brand, with their own bespoke tools to download wherever their people are, 24/7. We launched their new bid process and tools with a combination of a full day training course to land the content, with the enterprise toolkit site as an ongoing digital reference point and learning resource to reinforce that best practice day to day.
